Responsibilities
Be a strategic partner to Dandy’s leadership team
Manage full-cycle recruiting process
Lead talent management strategy across post-sales and marketing organizations
Develop creative recruiting strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of diverse A+ talent
Build and provide weekly data-driven insights to business leaders
Manage and drive projects contributing to the design, implementation, and improvement of recruiting tools and processes
Requirements
7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
Track record of success recruiting and hiring for roles at all levels
Self-starter who can work independently
Excellent networker and understanding
Excellent communicator and have the ability to persuade and advise leaders
Experience using recruiting metrics to identify problems, provide insights, and drive decisions
