About the role

  • Senior Recruiter managing end-to-end recruitment for post-sales and marketing roles. Joining dental tech startup Dandy to expand their reach globally in the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

  • Be a strategic partner to Dandy’s leadership team
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process
  • Lead talent management strategy across post-sales and marketing organizations
  • Develop creative recruiting strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of diverse A+ talent
  • Build and provide weekly data-driven insights to business leaders
  • Manage and drive projects contributing to the design, implementation, and improvement of recruiting tools and processes

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
  • Track record of success recruiting and hiring for roles at all levels
  • Self-starter who can work independently
  • Excellent networker and understanding
  • Excellent communicator and have the ability to persuade and advise leaders
  • Experience using recruiting metrics to identify problems, provide insights, and drive decisions
