• Own end-to-end hiring across our core hiring locations of UK & NL: Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and locations - partnering with senior stakeholders on workforce planning, role scoping, sourcing strategy, structured assessment, offer negotiation and close.
• Partner on Tech & Data roles while operating as a versatile Talent Acquisition leader across the business. • Manage day-to-day relationship with our carriers in Germany & Austria (DPD, UPS and General Overnight) to ensure we are meeting agreed service levels

Executive Assistant to Co-founder/CEO, CFO & CM

Executive Assistant supporting CEO and CFO at Bloom & Wild. Focused on enhancing leadership effectiveness and managing administrative tasks efficiently in a hybrid work setup.

• The focus of this role will initially be centred on our UK COGs (a maternity cover position), with potential for extension into Group treasury management and central cost ownership. Our FP&A team strives to provide valuable financial information to the business, so we’d love for this person to be able to build strong stakeholder relationships. This role will initially be responsible for the following:
- Assist in preparing the annual budget and ongoing forecasting for UK COGS, working closely with teams across the business to align on metrics (including operations, range & commercial teams).
- Report on weekly and monthly related metrics, including working alongside relevant teams to refine reporting.
- Monthly analysis of month-end accounts, in particular the detail behind UK gross margin and aiding in presenting financial performance to the business.
- Establish business relationships across the organisation and have clear ownership for areas of responsibility.
- Identify key trends and potential risks and opportunities.
**With longer term potential for:**
- Ad hoc analysis and model creation. This will include business partnering with relevant stakeholders across the company.
- Treasury management; including short & longer term cash management and detailed cash forecasting.
- Ownership of central costs budgeting, ongoing forecasting and month-end analysis.
- Project support in the implementation of an FP&A tool and optimising the use of our ERP system Netsuite.

Financial Planning & Analysis Lead

Financial Planning & Analysis Lead focusing on UK COGs for Bloom & Wild. Collaborating with teams on budgeting and forecasting, ensuring strong stakeholder relationships.

• Act as a point of contact for our logistics partners in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Denmark
• Take ownership of partner forecasting and route planning, ensuring all deliveries are completed on time and without any issues
