About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals as LinkedIn
  • Screen resumes and support in conducting initial phone screenings.
  • Coordinate interviews and help manage candidate communications
  • Support in maintaining and updating our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Learn about end-to-end recruitment cycles and HR best practices.

Requirements

  • Preferably a Senior student in HR, Business, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • English fluency is a must.
