About the role

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for niche technical roles in product and cloud teams
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing plans including proactive outreach via phone/video and internet research
  • Act as trusted consultant to hiring managers to understand needs and manage interview process expectations
  • Manage and scale efficient recruiting workflows between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting team
  • Use analytical skills to measure performance and continuously improve recruiting processes
  • Contribute to building and managing Spacelift's external talent brand and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Lead and collaborate on initiatives to drive the success of the talent acquisition function

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment (preferably cloud or product roles)
  • Proven experience owning full-cycle recruitment and executing recruiting strategies
  • Experience with diversity sourcing and effective candidate management
  • Ability to work self-sufficiently with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical skills to measure recruiting performance and improve processes
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Based in Poland (ideally Warsaw) or able to come to the office often
  • "Can do" attitude
