Responsibilities

  • Own technical hiring end-to-end
  • Work closely with the Co-founder and CTO, Engineering leadership and the Chief People Officer
  • Focus on Talent Density
  • Embed yourself with the team
  • Build scalable processes
  • Use data to guide decisions
  • Collaborate with leadership

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience as a technical recruiter
  • Primary hiring focus will initially be on backend engineers
  • Recruiting for all technical roles, including senior technologist
  • Strong POV and experience with leveraging recruiting tools
  • Proven ability to leverage your deep network of talent
  • Ability to deploy effective and creative sourcing techniques
  • Startup mentality
