About the role

  • Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
  • Write and post job descriptions on career websites, job boards, social media
  • Utilize internal associate databases and support documentation on associate records
  • Source candidates by using databases and social media
  • Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
  • Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates' skills
  • Conduct phone, video, and/or in-person interviews
  • Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
  • Stay up to date with current recruiting methods and internal processes
  • Attend job fairs and careers events
  • Manage candidate scheduling and internal documentation throughout the hiring process

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in an administrative setting
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
  • Desire to learn to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral)
  • Eagerness to learn about the quality-professional positions we seek and apply found knowledge to improve the quality of candidates
  • Ability to work independently as the main recruiting resource for your assigned roles
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems (a plus but not required)
  • Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
  • Previous experience in a recruiting role
