Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably in an agency or fast-growth environment.
Strong understanding of software engineering, DevOps, AI/ML, cloud, and product-based roles.
Experience in international recruitment (US, UAE, KSA, EU, and APAC markets) is highly desirable.
