Responsibilities
Design and lead end-to-end sourcing strategies for high-priority and complex roles.
Build, influence, and maintain deep partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
Architect and continually improve screening, assessment, and interview frameworks to ensure efficiency and mitigate funnel drop-off.
Analyze and report recruiting funnel data, identifying trends and driving continuous process improvements.
Evaluate, calibrate, and elevate candidate experience at every stage for consistency with company values.
Strategically develop, own, and amplify employment branding initiatives.
Lead the design and implementation of advanced diversity and inclusion efforts across the recruiting journey.
Champion cross-team alignment, ensuring seamless stakeholder communication, onboarding, and process excellence from sourcing through hiring.
