Responsibilities
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process: from sourcing candidates through to onboarding, you will accompany your candidates throughout the journey.
Actively sourcing potential candidates using various methods.
Screening applicants and making the first contact with suitable candidates.
Organizing online and in-person professional interviews.
Drafting and posting job descriptions for new open positions.
Taking part in developing our recruitment strategy – we welcome your innovative ideas on which channels and what messages to use for attracting talent 😊
Participating in ad-hoc HR administrative tasks, consistently tackling a variety of evolving challenges.
Supporting employees with their questions and needs.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
Effective communication skills: you’re able to find common ground with everyone from the most introverted developer to the most extroverted Product Owner.
Knowledge of IT keywords/terms: understanding the requirements of our open positions and being able to answer candidates’ technical questions.
You speak English confidently and interviewing in English is not a problem for you either.
Bachelor’s degree (BSc completed).
