About the role

  • Identify and manage talent pools for current and future positions; monitor and guide team members on talent pool tactics.
  • Use market intelligence and data-driven approaches to forecast and meet future talent needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers across departments to understand workforce needs and provide strategic talent acquisition solutions.
  • Establish regular updates and reporting on hiring progress and challenges.
  • Ensure candidate experience is prioritized and monitor candidate disposition activities and feedback quality.
  • Manage and monitor ATS data quality for the team and drive recruiter behaviours to ensure accurate data fields.
  • Organise and run requisition intake meetings; set sourcing strategy, timelines, interview loops, and update schedules with hiring managers.
  • Manage effective candidate screening calls to validate competencies against role requirements.
  • Write engaging job postings using approved templates and job description attributes.
  • Manage and negotiate offers with candidates; escalate to Manager, Global Talent Acquisition when necessary.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion in talent acquisition and focus on hiring representative candidates for each market.
  • Evangelise and embed Employer Branding strategy and EVP into candidate communications and hiring process.
  • Deliver against KPIs set by Manager, Global Talent Acquisition and use ATS to monitor pipelines and requisition progress.
  • Ensure adherence to global talent acquisition best practices, legal requirements, and industry standards; seek advice when unsure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred – any discipline.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on Datacenter infrastructure hiring in the U.S. and technical roles (e.g., network engineers, IT technicians, manufacturing, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success in hiring for data center, hardware, or mission-critical technical roles.
  • Solid demonstrable experience in in-house talent acquisition managing open requisitions in either a regional or global context.
  • Strong experience working within the technology sector, preferably in a scale up or mid-sized organisation.
  • Laser focussed on filling open requisitions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and engage candidates at all levels.
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR technologies, and social media talent acquisition platforms.
  • Deep commitment to diversity and inclusion with proven experience in driving these initiatives within talent acquisition.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
