Full Cycle technical recruiting for mid to senior level requisitions within advertising tech
Act as trusted advisor to hiring managers, staffing and HR team members
Recruit and source backend engineers, software engineers, program managers, data engineers and product managers
Identify, screen, secure top-tier candidates (passive and active) using sourcing strategies, networking, and LinkedIn
Thoroughly evaluate candidates, prepare professional write-ups, and present candidates accurately
Negotiate competitive offers and close candidates
Present pre-screened candidates to management using consistent process
Champion diversity recruitment strategies and research competitive landscape
Consult with Hiring Managers and HRBP to create competitive offers and utilize compensation tools
Assist Hiring Managers with candidate evaluation, offer negotiation, and process troubleshooting
Host candidates through the entire selection process and create exceptional candidate experiences
Leverage talent acquisition data and insights to build relationships and align to business needs
Coach and train stakeholders as needed
Requirements
BA/BS with 8+ years of relevant recruiting experience with minimum 5 years in ad tech domains
Full Cycle technical recruiting experience
Experience recruiting backend engineering, software engineers, programmers, developers, program management, data engineers, product managers within ad tech
Previous experience working with candidates requiring immigration, relocation and complex offer requirements
Highly proficient at finding hard to find talent through LinkedIn and attracting Passive talent
Advanced experience with Excel (Pivot tables) & MS Outlook
Previous experience utilizing Workday
Experience with sourcing and recruiting tools inclusive of ATS, CRM, Attraction, Referrals, etc.
Proven experience partnering with Internal stakeholders to support their Talent Acquisition needs
Advanced problem solving skills and in-depth understanding of the Talent Acquisition function
Demonstrated diversity awareness and experience with diversity recruitment strategies
Strong negotiation and offer-closing skills
Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
