Build and execute tailored sourcing strategies using data, market research, and competitive insights to attract active and passive technical talent
Use recruiting metrics to analyze pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights to managers and leadership
Manage relationships with hiring managers by setting expectations, providing market intelligence, and guiding informed hiring decisions
Deliver transparent, engaging, and inclusive candidate experiences with focus on closing top talent
Champion diversity and inclusion by driving balanced pipelines and equitable hiring practices
Take ownership of recruiting outcomes, driving urgency, accountability, and consistency across high-priority searches
Collaborate with recruiting team to refine processes, share best practices, and contribute to scalable recruiting operations

Requirements
5+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-growth, fast-paced technology companies, with a focus on LATAM markets
Proven ability to source, assess, and close technical talent across multiple disciplines and seniority levels
Metrics-driven; experience using data to track pipeline health and inform recruiting strategies
Consultative, client-focused approach with hiring managers; ability to influence and align on talent needs
Strong business acumen and deep knowledge of technical roles, skills, and LATAM market trends
Consistently deliver exceptional candidate experience and strong closing strategies
Thrive in environments requiring ownership, adaptability, and urgency
Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools; Greenhouse experience preferred
