About the role

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting for technical roles across LATAM (Software Engineers, QA, Data, Infrastructure) and act as trusted advisor to hiring managers
  • Build and execute tailored sourcing strategies using data, market research, and competitive insights to attract active and passive technical talent
  • Use recruiting metrics to analyze pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights to managers and leadership
  • Manage relationships with hiring managers by setting expectations, providing market intelligence, and guiding informed hiring decisions
  • Deliver transparent, engaging, and inclusive candidate experiences with focus on closing top talent
  • Champion diversity and inclusion by driving balanced pipelines and equitable hiring practices
  • Take ownership of recruiting outcomes, driving urgency, accountability, and consistency across high-priority searches
  • Collaborate with recruiting team to refine processes, share best practices, and contribute to scalable recruiting operations
  • Report to the Director of Talent Attraction

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-growth, fast-paced technology companies, with a focus on LATAM markets
  • Proven ability to source, assess, and close technical talent across multiple disciplines and seniority levels
  • Metrics-driven; experience using data to track pipeline health and inform recruiting strategies
  • Consultative, client-focused approach with hiring managers; ability to influence and align on talent needs
  • Strong business acumen and deep knowledge of technical roles, skills, and LATAM market trends
  • Consistently deliver exceptional candidate experience and strong closing strategies
  • Thrive in environments requiring ownership, adaptability, and urgency
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools; Greenhouse experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
