About the role

  • Talent Manager responsible for staffing and managing consultants in IMEA for Oliver Wyman. Build relationships and foster development while supporting business needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Staffing of Projects and Practice Management
  • Independently staff consultants across IMEA for selected practices
  • Serve as trusted business partner to Industry Heads
  • Understand consultant performance, skills and development needs
  • Build relationships with consultants and develop a view of their capabilities
  • Manage dialogues around wellbeing and work-life balance of consultants
  • Collaborate with Performance Management to identify training needs
  • Review and interpret reports to identify trends and actions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a fast-paced client services business environment
  • Experience from a Management Consulting or Big 4 Consulting firm
  • Excellent communication, teaming and organizational skills
  • Ability to provide strategic guidance on HR related areas to the business
  • Ability to juggle several tasks at once
  • Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
  • Experience working with a resource management system
