About the role

Responsibilities
- Source and engage active and passive candidates through diverse recruitment channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, the company ATS, and job board applications
- Create and post job advertisements across multiple platforms to attract top talent
- Conduct initial candidate screenings
- Maintain and document accurate, up-to-date recruitment data and metrics to support continuous process improvement
- Collaborate with and support recruiters and stakeholders to advance recruitment initiatives and hiring goals
Requirements
- Academic background in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Basic familiarity with sourcing tools, Boolean search, and modern recruitment strategies
- Some hands-on exposure to recruitment activities such as sourcing, coordination support, or general HR tasks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken
- Experience working with ATS platforms
