About the role

  • HR Analyst supporting Recruitment and Selection processes in technology sector. Involves admission processes, culture initiatives, and document organization in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment and selection processes: align job profiles, post vacancies, screen candidates, and follow up to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes and onboarding of new employees.
  • Support organizational culture initiatives and internal communications.
  • Assist with organizing HR documentation and maintaining HR records and controls.
  • Support development, employee climate, and engagement initiatives as needed.
  • Provide daily employee support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection (minimum 6 months).
  • Experience screening resumes and conducting interviews (minimum 6 months).
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience recruiting for the technology sector is a plus.
