- Support end-to-end recruitment and selection processes: align job profiles, post vacancies, screen candidates, and follow up to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

- Support organizational culture initiatives and internal communications.
- Assist with organizing HR documentation and maintaining HR records and controls.
- Support development, employee climate, and engagement initiatives as needed.
- Provide daily employee support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection (minimum 6 months).
- Experience screening resumes and conducting interviews (minimum 6 months).
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience recruiting for the technology sector is a plus.
