About the role

  • Recruiting Intern supporting Marc-1 Car Wash's hiring processes and talent acquisition efforts. Assist with recruitment tasks including interview coordination and onboarding activities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth and efficient hiring processes
  • Review incoming applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates
  • Schedule in-person interviews and manage calendar coordination for candidates and hiring managers
  • Support the planning, logistics, and execution of in-person hiring events and career fairs
  • Assist with new-hire onboarding activities, including preparing documentation and maintaining accurate employee files
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR and recruiting teams as needed

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus
