About the role
- Recruiting Intern supporting Marc-1 Car Wash's hiring processes and talent acquisition efforts. Assist with recruitment tasks including interview coordination and onboarding activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth and efficient hiring processes
- Review incoming applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates

- Support the planning, logistics, and execution of in-person hiring events and career fairs
- Assist with new-hire onboarding activities, including preparing documentation and maintaining accurate employee files
