About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Partner recruiting for Veepee across multiple entities in an evolving international environment. Focusing on identifying and integrating top talent to support business growth.

Responsibilities

  • As part of the Human Resources Department and reporting to the Talent Acquisition team, you will actively participate in recruitment for all of the Group’s entities, in France and internationally.
  • Your mission: identify, attract and hire the best talent to support Veepee’s growth.
  • In a constantly evolving international environment, you will develop a full understanding of recruitment and the strategic role of the Talent Acquisition Partner: a true business partner at the heart of organizational transformation challenges.
  • Supported by the Recruitment Lead, you will be involved in the entire recruitment cycle and will contribute actively to the quality and impact of hires.
  • Contribute to the full recruitment cycle, from the briefing with the hiring manager through to candidate onboarding.
  • Participate in scoping meetings with HR teams and hiring managers.
  • Identify, assess and conduct candidate interviews.
  • Take part in internal recruitment and internal mobility processes.
  • Contribute to the quality of candidate assessment and the relevance of evaluations.
  • Help implement sourcing actions to build a qualified talent pipeline.
  • Proactively identify candidates via various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, WTTJ, employee referral, etc.).
  • Keep up to date on new sourcing practices and recruitment trends.
  • Contribute to the talent attraction strategy.
  • Help create a smooth and high-quality candidate experience.
  • Track candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Take part in continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Build trusted relationships with managers to support them in their recruitment efforts.
  • Understand business needs and challenges.
  • Advise on desired candidate profiles.
  • Contribute to building high-performing teams.
  • Take part in finalizing hires and welcoming new employees.
  • Assist with drafting salary offers.
  • Handle recruitment administrative follow-up.
  • Contribute to onboarding new employees.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects of the team.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools.
  • Take part in employer brand projects.
  • Contribute to the evolution of recruitment practices (data, tools, AI).

Requirements

  • You are currently pursuing a higher education program at Master’s level (Bac+4/5) — business school, university or HR school — ideally on a work-study schedule of 3 weeks/1 week or 4 days/1 day.
  • You want to discover the Talent Acquisition profession in a dynamic, challenging international environment.
  • You have:
  • -> Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
  • -> A strong interest in recruitment and talent attraction issues.
  • -> Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • -> Great curiosity and open-mindedness.
  • -> High proactivity and the ability to take initiative.
  • -> A solution-oriented approach.
  • You enjoy working with multidisciplinary teams and contributing to projects that have a tangible impact on the business and team growth.
  • A plus: previous experience in recruitment (internship or work-study).
