Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment across technical, manufacturing, and business functions to attract mission-driven, high-performing talent to further our Recycleye goals.
Manage the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—ensuring a seamless and engaging experience at every stage.
Design and deliver programs that strengthen team engagement, wellbeing, and professional development, inclusive of monthly team socials and annual team events alongside our Social Committee.
Oversee HR compliance, contracts, and documentation in line with employment law and manufacturing standards.
Help to further and build out our Health & Safety processes and partner with operations and manufacturing teams to continuously improve safety culture.
Oversee the smooth operation of our Stratford office facilities, ensuring a productive, sustainable, and inspiring environment.
Collaborate with founders and leadership to align people and culture strategies with the company’s growth trajectory and business goals.
Be ready to support our employees in a variety of ways as a core member of the small but mighty People and Talent Team.
Requirements
Experience working in HR and recruitment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
A can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck into various tasks that come up in the fast pace of startup life
It’s a bonus if you have…
Health & Safety (H&S) experience, particularly in a manufacturing environment
Exposure to Workable or another ATS
Experience with inclusive hiring and cultural practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
CIPD Level 3 or a similar qualification or training
