About the role

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across technical, manufacturing, and business functions to attract mission-driven, high-performing talent to further our Recycleye goals.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—ensuring a seamless and engaging experience at every stage.
  • Design and deliver programs that strengthen team engagement, wellbeing, and professional development, inclusive of monthly team socials and annual team events alongside our Social Committee.
  • Oversee HR compliance, contracts, and documentation in line with employment law and manufacturing standards.
  • Help to further and build out our Health & Safety processes and partner with operations and manufacturing teams to continuously improve safety culture.
  • Oversee the smooth operation of our Stratford office facilities, ensuring a productive, sustainable, and inspiring environment.
  • Collaborate with founders and leadership to align people and culture strategies with the company’s growth trajectory and business goals.
  • Be ready to support our employees in a variety of ways as a core member of the small but mighty People and Talent Team.

Requirements

  • Experience working in HR and recruitment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck into various tasks that come up in the fast pace of startup life
  • It’s a bonus if you have…
  • Health & Safety (H&S) experience, particularly in a manufacturing environment
  • Exposure to Workable or another ATS
  • Experience with inclusive hiring and cultural practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • CIPD Level 3 or a similar qualification or training
