About the role
- Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Clorox supporting production recruitment through innovative strategies and recruitment plans. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process while building strong partnerships with Hiring Managers.
Responsibilities
- Support the end to end recruiting process as a sourcing or recruitment point of contact for Hiring Managers & candidates
- Manage searches against a timeline with a focus on meeting benchmarks and metrics
- Requisition management, candidate identification, interview coordination, compensation review, and offer acceptance
- Act as a partner and a creative consultant in the Talent Acquisition process
- Build pro-active sourcing pipelines in advance of need on hard to fill roles or work locations
- Use networking skills to build strong partnerships with external organizations or professional associations in the community
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred
- 3+ years of recruitment experience through corporate or agency recruiting
- 2+ years of general HR experience
- Demonstrated expertise in Talent Acquisition processes
- Expertise in HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software, job boards, and social media
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge in Workday Recruiting Module
- Experience with high volume production & manufacturing recruitment
- Travel required – up to 15% to plant locations, or for corporate trainings
