About the role

  • Support the end to end recruiting process as a sourcing or recruitment point of contact for Hiring Managers & candidates
  • Manage searches against a timeline with a focus on meeting benchmarks and metrics
  • Requisition management, candidate identification, interview coordination, compensation review, and offer acceptance
  • Act as a partner and a creative consultant in the Talent Acquisition process
  • Build pro-active sourcing pipelines in advance of need on hard to fill roles or work locations
  • Use networking skills to build strong partnerships with external organizations or professional associations in the community

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience through corporate or agency recruiting
  • 2+ years of general HR experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in Talent Acquisition processes
  • Expertise in HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, job boards, and social media
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge in Workday Recruiting Module
  • Experience with high volume production & manufacturing recruitment
  • Travel required – up to 15% to plant locations, or for corporate trainings
