About the role

  • Talent Acquisition role in Colombus Consulting, focusing on recruitment for various sectors. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and ensuring a positive candidate experience in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Writing and posting job ads on job boards (LinkedIn, Welcome to the Jungle, JobTeaser, etc.)
  • Pre-screening applications according to our needs and conducting phone pre-qualification for selected profiles
  • Sourcing hard-to-find profiles (using LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Organizing and tracking interviews, ensuring an optimal candidate experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or Master’s level (Bac+4) with a specialization in Human Resources
  • Looking for a 4- to 6-month internship starting as soon as possible
  • First experience in recruitment, ideally in a consulting firm
  • Organized, rigorous, and good interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with an ATS is a plus
