Responsibilities
Drive hiring excellence while supporting smooth onboarding and people operations.
Lead full-cycle recruitment across all teams, ensuring every hire raises the bar.
Work closely with hiring managers, the CEO, and function leads.
Create structured interview kits and maintain up-to-date scorecards.
Track and analyse pipeline metrics in Teamtailor to improve hiring quality and speed.
Oversee onboarding to ensure every new hire is productive and integrated within their first two weeks.
Maintain accurate HR data in CharlieHR.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-scaling startup environment
Proven ability to attract, engage, and close high-calibre candidates across multiple functions
Hands-on experience with ATS and HRIS tools (Teamtailor, CharlieHR, or similar)
Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail
Analytical mindset with confidence in tracking metrics and improving hiring performance
Collaborative attitude - comfortable partnering with leadership and hiring teams
Based in London - Hybrid setup 2–3 days per week in the office
