Responsible for filling open positions by sourcing and recruiting talent of all levels.
Conducts all stages of full cycle recruiting to support the hiring needs of the organization.
Partners with hiring managers to define needs and structure recruiting strategies.
Manages internal and external candidate communication.
Researches, identifies, and utilizes various sourcing tools.
Creates and works sourcing plans, reports creation for management review updates.
Organizes hiring events and participates in job fairs.
Documents applicant reviews and feedback in the applicant tracking system.
Tracks recruitment KPIs, like time to hire and time to fill.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of verifiable corporate recruiting experience, or 6 or more years of verifiable corporate recruiting experience in lieu of degree.
Experience and familiarity with full cycle recruitment.
Experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Ability to manage recruiting resources, such as job boards, social media, and web crawlers.
Ability to recruit on a national level for positions at various regional office location and multiple project sites.
Willingness and ability to participate in all recruiting functions from job opening through onboarding.
Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques.
Ability to prioritize recruiting needs and accept constructive feedback.
Maintain confidential compensation information and selection decision details.
Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
Versed in the industry and Company's competitors.
