About the role

  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Define and execute your Account Manager Business Plan
  • Plan and organize all related sales activities from prospecting to closing business
  • Comply with AVEVA’s Processes and Policies
  • Analyze ongoing performance against your plan and develop monthly reporting
  • Maintain and develop the customer pipeline following stage-gate forecasting protocols

Requirements

  • At least 4-7 years in sales, account management, or business development role selling software solutions
  • At least four years with Application Software and the business processes associated with the industries served by AVEVA
  • Insightful about the customer’s business and able to investigate and uncover their most important problems to solve
  • Preferably degree qualified or have a professional qualification
  • Self-starter able to work to develop new client engagements through the entire sales cycle
  • Skilled and experienced in operating at various levels, from end-user to senior decision-makers
  • Excellent understanding of business benefits of AVEVA solutions and services
  • Good commercial and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills in all forms – written, oral, email, and presentation, and have strong English language skills
