Responsibilities
Close qualified deals
Conduct product demos to prospective companies interested in Gorgias (current product closes at 45%)
Constantly optimize the sales pipeline, by leveraging data at each step of the process
Attend targeted events to find new leads
Requirements
5+ years of sales experience in tech
Excellent communication and writing skills in English
Understand the value of using a CRM: Data integrity and accurate forecasting in our CRM is essential
You want to step up to the challenge of hustling to scale our sales process
Strong ability to close
Selling is something you like doing, and you want to get better at it
Passion for learning! You know that you don't know much, and you want to improve every day
Ability to understand complex ideas and automate processes
Active listener who can identify opportunities and leverage them
