About the role

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for leadership and senior roles across the organization, from sourcing through to offer stage.
  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build pipelines of high-caliber senior candidates.
  • Track and report on recruitment performance and pipeline health, leveraging data to inform decisions and continuously improve processes.
  • Partner closely with the Leadership Team, providing expert guidance on hiring strategies, market insights, and best practices for senior-level talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the wider Talent and People teams on initiatives related to employer branding, candidate experience, and process enhancements.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, acting as a trusted ambassador for Plum’s culture and values at every stage.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment, with proven success in leadership or senior-level hiring.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple complex searches and prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting.
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable using metrics and insights to optimize recruitment outcomes.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Workable experience is a plus).
  • Strong judgment in evaluating leadership talent and understanding what constitutes high performance in a product-led, growth-oriented company.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and accountable, with a high level of ownership.
  • Passion for recruitment, candidate experience, and fostering a people-first culture.
