  • Optimize our ATS and TA tech stack
  • Streamline workflows and ensure data accuracy

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Talent Acquisition Ops experience, in a fast-moving SaaS or high-growth tech company environment
  • Ownership and optimization of ATS (bonus points if experience with Ashby)
  • Keen eye for recruitment marketing and employer branding
  • Ability to turn data insights into TA strategy
  • Experience in headcount forecasting and capacity planning
  • Project management of cross-functional projects
  • Experience with AI-powered recruiting tools
