Responsibilities
Optimize our ATS and TA tech stack
Streamline workflows and ensure data accuracy
Create dashboards and reports to drive action
Partner with Marketing for employer branding campaigns
Manage vendor partnerships and procurement processes
Lead high-impact TA initiatives and projects
Provide operational support and superpowers to the TA team
Requirements
7+ years of Talent Acquisition Ops experience, in a fast-moving SaaS or high-growth tech company environment
Ownership and optimization of ATS (bonus points if experience with Ashby)
Keen eye for recruitment marketing and employer branding
Ability to turn data insights into TA strategy
Experience in headcount forecasting and capacity planning
Project management of cross-functional projects
Experience with AI-powered recruiting tools
