Senior Sales Executive driving revenue by selling AI math tutoring solutions to English schools. Managing sales cycle, relationships, and actively prospecting for new customers.
Responsibilities
Taking full ownership of your pipeline, managing the end-to-end sales cycle
Exceeding activity, prospecting, conversion, and revenue goals
Developing the sales pipeline in order to acquire new customers
Improving our key metrics; pitch to rate, conversion rate, average sale value, average contract length
Maintaining a tight feedback loop with the wider team, actively suggesting product improvements to strengthen our market position
Ensuring meticulous usage of our key tools. Currently the TSL platform, Salesforce (CRM), Reply (sales automation tool), Aircall, Google Sheets, Gmail, Zoom
Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within your territory
Becoming an authority on Third Space Learning
Gaining an in depth knowledge of the sector and competition
Professionally representing Third Space Learning to its customer base
Attending national events to drive leads generation and boost brand visibility
As we grow, delivering training and helping to onboard new members of the team
Requirements
3-5+ years experience selling to English state schools
Track record of exceeding quotas of £400k+ per year
Experience generating pipeline (someone who has worked as an SDR at some point or pipeline generating AE would be a great fit)
An excellent communicator
Ability to build rapport over the phone and in person
A tenacious attitude with a drive to succeed
