About the role

  • Taking full ownership of your pipeline, managing the end-to-end sales cycle
  • Exceeding activity, prospecting, conversion, and revenue goals
  • Developing the sales pipeline in order to acquire new customers
  • Improving our key metrics; pitch to rate, conversion rate, average sale value, average contract length
  • Maintaining a tight feedback loop with the wider team, actively suggesting product improvements to strengthen our market position
  • Ensuring meticulous usage of our key tools. Currently the TSL platform, Salesforce (CRM), Reply (sales automation tool), Aircall, Google Sheets, Gmail, Zoom
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within your territory
  • Becoming an authority on Third Space Learning
  • Gaining an in depth knowledge of the sector and competition
  • Professionally representing Third Space Learning to its customer base
  • Attending national events to drive leads generation and boost brand visibility
  • As we grow, delivering training and helping to onboard new members of the team

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years experience selling to English state schools
  • Track record of exceeding quotas of £400k+ per year
  • Experience generating pipeline (someone who has worked as an SDR at some point or pipeline generating AE would be a great fit)
  • An excellent communicator
  • Ability to build rapport over the phone and in person
  • A tenacious attitude with a drive to succeed
  • Energy and creativity: positivity and enthusiasm are at the core of our sales team
  • Excellent time management and organisation
  • Adaptable and motivated by the pace of a rapidly evolving scale-up environment
  • Clear passion for our mission and an eagerness to make your mark
  • Drive to find new solutions and keen to explore prospecting in new ways
  • London based (we expect 2+ days in the office per week to spend time together as a team)
