Responsibilities
Interacts with clients on a day-to-day basis
Develops and maintains relationships with clients and carriers
Researches and analyzes medical, life, disability and other benefit plans
Acts as the benefit expert to clients
Manages a book of business of approximately $1,000,000+
Keeps clients apprised of appropriate industry trends
Proactively anticipates client needs
Manages request for proposals and renewals
Reviews work and provides feedback to team members
Requirements
BA/BS preferred
5+ years of health & welfare experience
Client-facing experience in the employee benefit industry
Technical knowledge of benefits administration
Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required
