About the role

  • Senior Sales Development Representative managing lead generation and sales pipeline for Proliance GmbH. Collaborating with sales teams and contributing to go-to-market strategies in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic lead generation: targeted outreach to decision-makers and executives via phone, email, and social selling
  • Discovery & qualification: independently conduct initial conversations, identify potential, and lay the foundation for sales success
  • Data-driven management: analyze CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) activities, detect patterns in lead quality, and derive actionable recommendations
  • Feedback & product proximity: systematically feed customer feedback into product development and positioning
  • Go-to-market & collaboration: work closely with marketing and the sales team
  • Mentoring & leadership: serve as a role model within the SDR team and develop toward team leadership

Requirements

  • Sales experience: 2–3 years in B2B sales or business development, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment
  • Tool affinity & CRM know-how: Familiar with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach tools — or able to learn them quickly
  • Ownership mentality: act independently, reliably, and think entrepreneurially — beyond your own funnel
  • Communicative talent: skilled at building trust and persuading others with charm and clarity
  • KPI/data orientation: enjoy working with KPIs, making successes measurable, and seeing your impact on the pipeline
  • Growth mindset: eager to develop personally and professionally — e.g., toward team leadership
