About the role

  • Serve as a trusted People Team Business Partner for the Bengaluru Research and Development Center leadership team
  • Develop and implement proactive solutions across a broad scope of HR activities
  • Ensure alignment on initiatives and priorities and maintain open, transparent communication with leaders and teams
  • Focus on organizational design, talent management, and driving initiatives and change leadership
  • Develop and implement scalable programs responsive to leaders' needs and that enable employee development
  • Spend time with employees to understand needs, develop programs, and role-model company capabilities
  • Support leaders with workforce planning, leveraging subject matter experts and networks to enable programmatic solutions

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience on a People/ HR team
  • 5+ years of experience as a business partner
  • Gravitas to serve as the HR leader for the Bengaluru team
  • History of developing strong relationships and operating effectively through virtual support and in a distributed environment
  • Entrepreneurial spirit; able to innovate, improve and operate independently
  • Ability to present solutions and treat problems as opportunities
  • Experience participating in and leading large-scale "build" initiatives
  • Keen business acumen and track record of partnering closely with business leaders
  • Experience building at least one scalable program from the ground up
  • Influencer who leads with empathy and implements workforce plans
  • Experience with talent management, workforce planning, engagement survey follow-through, and organizational design
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially face-to-face
  • High integrity, respect, and dignity in leadership
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and changing environment
