About the role

  • Implementation of personnel marketing and employer branding measures to strengthen our employer brand; fixed-term contract for one year
  • Planning and execution of internal communication measures and events as part of employer marketing
  • Preparation and organization of training sessions and internal seminars in the area of people development, including scheduling
  • Administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS) and support for the people development team with administrative tasks
  • Communication with employees and managers and participation in projects

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., Industrial Clerk, Office Management Clerk) or a degree in Psychology, Economics, Business Administration (BWL) or Business Psychology
  • Ideally some practical experience in employer branding or people development
  • Confident use of standard MS Office programs
  • Structured, precise working style and strong communication skills
