Planning and execution of internal communication measures and events as part of employer marketing
Preparation and organization of training sessions and internal seminars in the area of people development, including scheduling
Administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS) and support for the people development team with administrative tasks
Communication with employees and managers and participation in projects
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., Industrial Clerk, Office Management Clerk) or a degree in Psychology, Economics, Business Administration (BWL) or Business Psychology
Ideally some practical experience in employer branding or people development
Confident use of standard MS Office programs
Structured, precise working style and strong communication skills
