About the role
- Lead the assessment and transition of HR processes to the new company.
- Identify potential challenges and propose practical solutions for process migration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational standards.
- Analyze CRM and HR data to understand demand patterns and service requirements.
- Perform capacity allocation calculations and develop insights to optimize resource planning.
- Create dashboards and reports to support decision-making during the transition.
- Work closely with HR Shared Services, Business Excellence, and project teams.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in HR operations or shared services.
- Strong background in data analytics, including CRM data analysis and capacity modeling.
- Experience in process migration or organizational transitions is highly desirable.
- Skills
- Advanced English
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Knowledge of HR systems (PeopleSoft, HCM) and CRM platforms (ServiceNow)
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
