About the role

  • Lead the assessment and transition of HR processes to the new company.
  • Identify potential challenges and propose practical solutions for process migration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational standards.
  • Analyze CRM and HR data to understand demand patterns and service requirements.
  • Perform capacity allocation calculations and develop insights to optimize resource planning.
  • Create dashboards and reports to support decision-making during the transition.
  • Work closely with HR Shared Services, Business Excellence, and project teams.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in HR operations or shared services.
  • Strong background in data analytics, including CRM data analysis and capacity modeling.
  • Experience in process migration or organizational transitions is highly desirable.
  • Skills
  • Advanced English
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
  • Strong problem-solving and process improvement capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
