Strong background in data analytics, including CRM data analysis and capacity modeling.
Experience in process migration or organizational transitions is highly desirable.
Skills
Advanced English
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
Strong problem-solving and process improvement capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
