About the role

  • Specialist HR Business Partner at L3Harris Technologies supporting HR programs and change management initiatives for functional and P&L employees. Engaging with leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives and improve organizational capability.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence to drive initiatives aligned to business strategy
  • Utilize trends and analytics to provide proactive recommendations
  • Respond to data requests for program, division, and sector reviews
  • Manage projects and special initiatives within and outside the HR function
  • Work with business leaders to develop and implement effective employee engagement solutions
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition to ensure the business can hire the right talent
  • Influence and problem solve in compensation, talent assessment, performance management, talent acquisition and employee relations
  • Promote effective diversity and inclusion activities
  • Facilitate employee changes through proper processes and tools
  • Run analytics to drive people related decisions
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement efforts related to people strategy
  • Recommend solutions and creative ideas to improve engagement and productivity
  • Support Field Services employees with international assignments
  • Ability to travel up to 5%

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years prior related experience
  • Graduate Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
  • Relevant experience required is HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience
  • Experience with Team Facilitation, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Staffing, Compensation, Diversity & Inclusion, and Organizational Development
  • Proficient working knowledge and competent understanding of Human Resources management, principles, and laws.
  • General aptitude for HRIS tools such as PeopleSoft, Oracle TM Suite.
