About the role

  • Lead HR partner to school Principals across UK campuses for Nord Anglia Education. Champion HR excellence and manage UK-based HR professionals while ensuring compliance with employment legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead HR partner to school Principals and leadership teams across three UK campuses (currently in Oxford and Brighton)
  • Champion HR excellence across the full employee lifecycle
  • Line manage and develop a team of UK-based HR professionals
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation
  • Represent the UK cluster in regional and global HR networks
  • Use people data and insights to support informed decision-making

Requirements

  • Significant experience as a senior HR generalist or HR business partner in a complex, multi-site organisation
  • A deep working knowledge of UK employment law, casework, and compliance frameworks (essential)
  • Experience leading HR teams and developing people capability
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence senior stakeholders with credibility and clarity
  • Comfort with ambiguity, pace, and evolving organisational needs
  • A passion for inclusive, values-driven leadership – and for helping others grow
  • Experience in the international education sector is a plus but not essential.
