Requirements
Graduado/a en Recursos Humanos o afines.
Experiencia mínima de 3 a 4 años en posiciones de HR, dentro o en contacto con compañías multinacionales de envergadura.
Conocimiento y manejo de procesos de recruiting y selección (excluyente), capacitación, desarrollo y clima (deseable).
Inglés avanzado (deseable).
Capacidad de generar vínculos interpersonales, orientación al servicio interno y trabajo en equipo.
