About the role

  • Provide strategic HR support in areas such as workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and succession planning
  • Act as a change agent, driving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and cultural alignment
  • Support Sales and Marketing business units as a trusted advisor, aligning people strategies with organizational goals
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure hiring strategies meet the unique needs of Sales & Marketing
  • Develop and implement retention and career development initiatives tailored to high-performing commercial teams
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on performance management, employee relations, and leadership development
  • Facilitate organizational assessments and capability reviews to identify skill gaps and inform targeted development strategies
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen the employee value proposition and support change management efforts
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to provide insights and drive evidence-based decision making
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent, Learning, Rewards, DEI) to deliver integrated HR solutions
  • Report to the SVP of Human Resources

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner within a fast-paced, high-growth organization
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and organizational development
  • Proven ability to influence and build trust with senior leaders
  • Ability to build and scale HR programs that directly drive company growth and organizational success
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience leveraging data to drive HR strategies
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
