Responsibilities
Support the management of EMEA benefits and rollout of new schemes and enhancements as needed
Mapping out all salaries and cash allowances and benchmark as needed
Review and maintain salary ranges by country to ensure Orica stay competitive
Support the annual year-end process, including salary reviews and bonus payments
Work closely with program vendors to drive efficiencies across programs, processes, and activities
Partner with EMEA HR team on initiatives that support the wellbeing of our workforce
Manage and deliver on-time reporting, contributions, and related activities to ensure compliance with vendor agreements and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with others as needed to implement and drive current and future programs
Active involvement with key vendor partners to ensure compliance with EMEA benefit requirements and regulations
Champion opportunities and initiatives that lead to improved efficiencies, effectiveness, and cost savings related to employee benefit programs
Requirements
Relevant university degree in Human Resources, Business or commercial qualification
5+ years of Benefits experience with exposure to multiple countries required
Experience in implementing process improvement initiatives would be desirable
Experience with insurances, pension plans, Employee Assistance Programs, and service awards
Demonstrated skills associated with building strong vendor and customer relationships
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using HRIS systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute innovative performance and reward strategies
