About the role

  • Support the management of EMEA benefits and rollout of new schemes and enhancements as needed
  • Mapping out all salaries and cash allowances and benchmark as needed
  • Review and maintain salary ranges by country to ensure Orica stay competitive
  • Support the annual year-end process, including salary reviews and bonus payments
  • Work closely with program vendors to drive efficiencies across programs, processes, and activities
  • Partner with EMEA HR team on initiatives that support the wellbeing of our workforce
  • Manage and deliver on-time reporting, contributions, and related activities to ensure compliance with vendor agreements and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with others as needed to implement and drive current and future programs
  • Active involvement with key vendor partners to ensure compliance with EMEA benefit requirements and regulations
  • Champion opportunities and initiatives that lead to improved efficiencies, effectiveness, and cost savings related to employee benefit programs

Requirements

  • Relevant university degree in Human Resources, Business or commercial qualification
  • 5+ years of Benefits experience with exposure to multiple countries required
  • Experience in implementing process improvement initiatives would be desirable
  • Experience with insurances, pension plans, Employee Assistance Programs, and service awards
  • Demonstrated skills associated with building strong vendor and customer relationships
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using HRIS systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute innovative performance and reward strategies
