About the role

  • Prepare high-quality internal and external communications including memos, decks, meeting notes, briefings, and presentations, often working closely with finance, corporate development, legal, and communications teams.
  • Coordinate seamless travel and logistics, including itineraries, accommodations, visas, and event planning for offsites, board meetings, and key leadership gatherings.
  • Strategically coordinate CFO activities such as meetings, ensuring alignment across the leadership team and the wider organization.
  • Partner with key functions including Finance, Corporate Development & Strategy, Legal, People, and Product to keep critical workstreams running smoothly.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, acting as a role model for operational excellence and confidentiality.
  • Continuously explore and implement AI and automation tools to enhance productivity, communication, and decision-making efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling and time management, acting as a strategic gatekeeper and trusted advisor on how the CFO’s time is invested.
  • Own and manage the CFO’s calendar, prioritizing meetings and commitments based on business goals and impact across multiple stakeholders and time zones.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience supporting C-level executives in dynamic, high-growth, or investor-facing environments — ideally with exposure to G&A, finance, tech, or scale-up contexts. Experience with Investor Relations is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in complexity and highly skilled at creating clarity and momentum across shifting priorities.
  • Strong synthesis and communication skills with confidence in creating or shaping executive materials and decks.
  • Known for a calm, grounded presence and intentional communication style, even in fast-moving or high-stakes situations.
  • Excellent judgment, a proactive mindset, and a deep sense of ownership — nothing slips through the cracks on your watch.
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken, and comfortable engaging with senior leaders, board members, and external stakeholders.
  • Based in Berlin and available for in-office presence 4 days a week.
  • AI-curious and excited to adopt tools and workflows that boost effectiveness, not just maintain operations.
