About the role

  • Own commercial P&L for Egypt & Levant and deliver consistent revenue growth
  • Deliver annual revenue and margin targets across SaaS subscriptions, custom eLearning, and large-scale projects
  • Build, lead, and coach a high-performing sales team; set quotas and monitor performance through KPIs
  • Ensure accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
  • Establish a repeatable sales playbook (prospecting, qualification, proposals, closing)
  • Pursue special projects and strategic accounts (ministries, large corporates, donors) and lead tenders/complex bids
  • Build targeted partnerships that enable sales outcomes
  • Drive market penetration into Egypt and Levant (Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq) and localize sales approaches
  • Own client negotiations end-to-end: proposals, pricing, and contracts; ensure profitable deal structures with finance and PMO
  • Drive cross-sell and upsell across product portfolio and represent the company at regional events and forums

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Software Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a strong plus)
  • 15+ years in sales and commercial leadership
  • Proven track record of delivering annual quotas (multi-million USD deals)
  • Deep experience in B2B/B2G sales within EdTech, ICT, training, or SaaS
  • Strong background in managing sales teams (5–10 people)
  • Results-driven, quota-oriented sales leader
  • Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent people management and coaching abilities
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
