Responsibilities

  • Fuel Business Growth: Drive pipeline generation and support securing new business, directly impacting our company's success.
  • Expand Our Network: Cultivate relationships with new customers and open doors to strategic partnerships.
  • Strategic Lead Identification: Leverage data-driven insights to pinpoint and engage high-potential prospects.

Requirements

  • Proven Sales Excellence: Demonstrated success in high-volume pipeline generation and sales, with compelling examples to share.
  • Exceptional Phone Presence: Ability to build instant rapport and trust over the phone, comfortable engaging in high-volume calls.
  • Target-Driven & Results-Oriented: A strong commercial mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and earning rewards.
  • Residential Property Expertise (Advantageous not required): Knowledge or experience in the residential property industry, particularly lettings, is highly valued.
