About the role

  • Follow up on new business leads and manage the early-stage sales cycle through digital channels (Acquisition & Onboarding).
  • Support 1-to-many onboarding programs, webinars, and product enablement sessions.
  • Help new customers adopt and realize value quickly using digital playbooks.
  • Manage the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for long-tail customers with digital automation (Retention & Risk Management).
  • Track engagement, onboarding progress, and adoption signals to ensure retention and identify risks.
  • Identify and escalate customer risks, supporting internal mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement data to uncover expansion signals and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Facilitate webinars and user communities; capture customer success stories and feedback for advocacy.
  • Ensure pipeline hygiene, renewal forecasting accuracy, and contract compliance.
  • Collaborate with RevOps, CS Ops, and Marketing to align engagement with lifecycle milestones.
  • Continuously improve digital customer experiences using feedback and insights (Operational Excellence).

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in SaaS or customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Renewals, Onboarding, or Support).
  • Experience managing high-volume accounts with structured processes and digital tools.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and engagement platforms such as Outreach and Gong.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable facilitating group webinars or onboarding sessions via Zoom.
  • Ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones.
  • (Preferred) Experience with renewal workflows, CPQ tools, or quoting processes.
  • (Preferred) Exposure to low-touch or digital customer success models.
  • (Preferred) Familiarity with customer communities or enablement content creation.
  • (Preferred) Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or customer intelligence platforms.
  • (Preferred) Exposure to the software testing automation space is a plus.
