Run structured testing and optimisation cycles, owning the experimentation for cross-sell and upsell and reporting on learnings and outcomes.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and BI to design and launch initiatives, supplemented by targeted high-touch actions for high-value accounts.
Establish a repeatable framework for cross-sell and upsell execution, ensuring consistent measurement, iteration, and operational discipline.
Occasionally contact high-value accounts to recommend relevant Dext solutions by showcasing the broader offering and gaining insight into their needs.
Requirements
A sharp, analytical thinker who can turn customer and product data into clear hypotheses and experiments.
Proven experience in driving monetisation, cross-sell, or customer expansion strategies, supported by solid experience in Growth, Customer Success, Engagement, or Consulting.
Strong ability to influence and align multiple teams, navigating both strategic and operational work with ease.
Solid with analytics, automation, and CRM tools and curious about and experienced with analytics and AI automation tools (e.g. Mixpanel, ChatGPT, n8n).
