Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end user acquisition funnel for the Wonder Studios App. Define clear, aggressive KPIs for acquisition, activation, and retention.
Manage performance marketing efforts (SEO, Meta, Google, etc.) with a focus on high efficiency. You will also elevate our YouTube channel via a hybrid paid and organic strategy.
Implement robust analytics and experimentation processes (A/B testing, attribution). Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights that inform product and business decisions.
Apply your knowledge of the AI/Machine Learning landscape to position the platform effectively and capitalise on unique growth opportunities in the sector.
Partner closely with Product and Creative teams to embed growth loops directly into the user experience and maximise the impact of launch campaigns.
Requirements
Substantial experience and demonstrable success in a senior Growth or Performance role, ideally scaling a consumer app or platform.
Exceptional analytical skills. You are data-driven and deeply comfortable managing performance metrics, attribution, and reporting.
Genuine interest in and demonstrated understanding of the AI/ML space and its impact on creative technology.
Proven ability to lead and mentor a high-performing team and serve as a central operational hub.
Deep, hands-on understanding of user acquisition channels, funnel optimisation, and delivering a strong ROI on paid media spend.
A proven track record of driving projects from concept to completion.
