About the role

  • Own the end-to-end user acquisition funnel for the Wonder Studios App. Define clear, aggressive KPIs for acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Manage performance marketing efforts (SEO, Meta, Google, etc.) with a focus on high efficiency. You will also elevate our YouTube channel via a hybrid paid and organic strategy.
  • Implement robust analytics and experimentation processes (A/B testing, attribution). Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights that inform product and business decisions.
  • Apply your knowledge of the AI/Machine Learning landscape to position the platform effectively and capitalise on unique growth opportunities in the sector.
  • Partner closely with Product and Creative teams to embed growth loops directly into the user experience and maximise the impact of launch campaigns.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience and demonstrable success in a senior Growth or Performance role, ideally scaling a consumer app or platform.
  • Exceptional analytical skills. You are data-driven and deeply comfortable managing performance metrics, attribution, and reporting.
  • Genuine interest in and demonstrated understanding of the AI/ML space and its impact on creative technology.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a high-performing team and serve as a central operational hub.
  • Deep, hands-on understanding of user acquisition channels, funnel optimisation, and delivering a strong ROI on paid media spend.
  • A proven track record of driving projects from concept to completion.
