About the role

Responsibilities
- Build simple funnel, conversion and lead behavior analyses.
- Organize data in spreadsheets and extract insights with logical clarity.
- Monitor CRM and performance KPIs (we will train you on internal indicators).
- Support the creation and maintenance of workflows and segmentations.
- Perform small tests, updates and adjustments to automations.
- Keep the database organized, standardized and reliable.
- Support execution of small optimization experiments.
- Create simple A/B tests and monitor results.
- Propose data-driven hypotheses to improve the sales funnel.
- Monitor leads, conversion rates, SQLs and opportunities on a daily basis.
- Update dashboards and reports to enable fast team decisions.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or other STEM/technology fields.
- Strong logical reasoning and comfort with numbers.
- Disciplined, curious and organized profile.
- Intermediate level Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Genuine desire to learn about CRM, automation, growth and performance.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or BI tools.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, sales funnels or automations.
- Experience with HubSpot, RD Station or another CRM.
