Responsibilities
Atuar na prospecção ativa de novos clientes;
Qualificar leads com foco em gerar oportunidades comerciais qualificadas;
Realizar agendamentos estratégicos para o time de closers;
Conduzir pesquisas estratégicas de potenciais clientes em plataformas como LinkedIn, Instagram e Google;
Prospectar ativamente novos leads tanto no ambiente digital quanto presencial;
Participar de eventos, feiras e ações externas representando a empresa;
Garantir agilidade no primeiro contato com leads recebidos;
Registrar todas as interações e informações no sistema comercial da empresa;
Conduzir conversas consultivas com os leads para entender suas necessidades;
Realizar ligações e atendimentos via telefone e WhatsApp.
Requirements
Escolaridade: Ensino Médio Completo.
Desejável cursando ou completo Técnico ou Superior.
Necessários: Experiências relacionadas a vendas;
Conhecimento em técnicas de vendas e negociação;
Excelência em comunicação verbal e escrita;
Domínio de ferramentas de videoconferência, como Google Meet, Zoom, entre outras;
Domínio de ferramentas como CRM, Google Workspace e WhatsApp Business;
Informática básica (Pacote Office, navegação web, CRM, e ferramentas de comunicação);
Organização para manter o pipeline atualizado com registros claros e objetivos.
Diferencial: Experiência com vendas em startups ou no setor de tecnologia/SaaS.
