About the role

  • Sales Representative managing client relations and expanding MIKASA brand presence in Bahia, Brazil. Handling sales processes and market monitoring while achieving established targets.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new customers throughout the state of Bahia, expanding the customer base and strengthening MIKASA’s presence in the market;
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and identifying additional business opportunities;
  • Present and negotiate MIKASA products in the state of Bahia, ensuring achievement of established targets;
  • Manage the sales process from order and negotiation through delivery, ensuring quality and consistency of processes;
  • Monitor the market and competitors, providing strategic feedback and generating insights for the department;

Requirements

  • Own vehicle and availability to travel within the state of Bahia
  • High school diploma
  • Solid experience in the sporting goods/sports sector
  • Active client portfolio
  • Strong negotiation and effective communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and be results-oriented
  • Proven experience in commercial/sales roles, preferably as an independent representative
  • Active registration with the Regional Council of Commercial Representatives (CORE)
