Responsibilities
Prospect and acquire new customers throughout the state of Bahia, expanding the customer base and strengthening MIKASA’s presence in the market;
Maintain ongoing relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and identifying additional business opportunities;
Present and negotiate MIKASA products in the state of Bahia, ensuring achievement of established targets;
Manage the sales process from order and negotiation through delivery, ensuring quality and consistency of processes;
Monitor the market and competitors, providing strategic feedback and generating insights for the department;
Requirements
Own vehicle and availability to travel within the state of Bahia
High school diploma
Solid experience in the sporting goods/sports sector
Active client portfolio
Strong negotiation and effective communication skills
Ability to work independently and be results-oriented
Proven experience in commercial/sales roles, preferably as an independent representative
Active registration with the Regional Council of Commercial Representatives (CORE)
