Responsibilities
Lead the strategic promotion and sales of designated products within an assigned territory
Identify and develop high-value business opportunities
Deliver advanced product demonstrations and clinical education
Ensure a superior customer experience
Implement the territory sales plan to meet established goals
Facilitate sales growth by conducting training for physicians, nurses, and technologists
Provide product technical support in an Operating Room and Interventional suite environment
Conduct strategic territory management and analysis
Develop key opinion leaders
Account for all territory expenses and materials
Review current literature for new developments within the healthcare field
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus
Registered Technologist (RT) Certificate plus 5 years of direct sales experience in a cath lab setting accepted in lieu of degree
3+ years sales experience with proven track record of exceeding sales goals, preferably in medical device sales
Medical experience in the interventional cardiology or radiology setting, strongly preferred
Strong clinical skills are a plus
Proven ability to interact with different specialties within a hospital
Self-directed, able to work independently and handle multiple projects concurrently
Strong problem solving/analytical skills and effective presentation skills
Excellent organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and computer technology including iPhone and iPad platforms
