Responsibilities
Manage relationships with existing clients and actively seek new business opportunities in the group and series tour market.
Responsible for achieving sales targets, handling client needs through consultative selling.

Conduct client visits and calls to identify needs and offer tailored travel solutions.
Promote new destinations, tour packages, and last-minute deals.
Negotiate, prepare proposals, and close sales.
Handle client issues and complaints by working closely with internal departments.
Manage agent accounts, including setting up incentive agreements and mark-up plans.
Ensure compliance with company terms and payment policies.
Achieve monthly sales revenue and gross profit (GOP) targets.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in travel industry sales or customer-facing roles.
Experience with group tours or Europe-bound travel is a big plus.
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Skilled in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
Strong selling, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Fast learner, self-driven, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
