Responsibilities
Ensure the prospecting, monitoring and development of a clientele generating or that can generate a turnover and a strategic stake for the company
Define commercial targets
Centralize all market and business information
Define means to make the commercial approach effective: telephone prospecting, sending commercial documentation
Ensure competitive intelligence and recommend necessary actions to gain market share
Identify relevant contacts and implement sales prospecting
Present and adapt commercial offers
Track requests and provide costing as needed
Monitor and develop various sales channels
Negotiate and sign sales contracts
Retain existing accounts by growing revenue
Monitor customer satisfaction and manage operational activities
Requirements
Higher education with a technical and commercial focus
3 years’ experience in a similar role in technical product business development
Knowledge of agri-food, environment, oil and gas markets would be a plus
