Responsibilities
- Manage and prospect clients within a predefined territory (Bahia, Sergipe and Alagoas), with a focus on the Top Clients portfolio
- Responsible for offering products and trainings to the account portfolio and Top Clients to maximize product usage and performance
- Work together with the entire commercial team and provide support for product sales
- Organize events to present product offerings, coordinating in-person or remote events directly with clients
- Build action plans to implement strategy and achieve targets, always in alignment with the commercial team
- Deliver training to the commercial team and to clients as needed
- Act as both hunter and farmer salesperson, depending on the situation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (completed)
- Experience in sales/commercial roles across any product or industry
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, such as social media, is desirable
- Availability for frequent travel
- Own car and a valid Category B driver’s license
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
